Wash the cauliflower with boiled water then grate and keep aside.
Make a soft dough with adding grated cauliflower, boiled chickpeas, chickpeas flour, ginger paste, kebab masala, chopped green chillies, chopped fresh coriander leaves, chopped fresh mint and salt.
Apply oil on the both palms, take handful dough and give kewab shape.
Apply oil on the griddle and shallow fry the veg kewab.
Turn both sides to make it crispy.
Make a dip with hung curd and mint. Now ready to serve with mint dip.
