Ingredients
- 2 brinjal large
- 4 red chili broken
- 2 Green chilly finely chopped
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
- Roast the eggplant on the gas and keep for 5 minutes.
- Now mash the eggplants .
- Now heat the butter in a pan and roast garlic and ginger till it become light golden .
- Now add red and green chilli and saute it for 2 minute .
- Now add mashed eggplant and mix well ,and now add the lemon juice and salt .
- Now cook for 5 minute more and garnish withc oriander leaves serve hot .
