Ingredients
  

  • 2 brinjal large
  • 4 red chili broken
  • 2 Green chilly finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Roast the eggplant on the gas and keep for 5 minutes.

  • Now mash the eggplants .

  • Now heat the butter in a pan and roast garlic and ginger till it become light golden .

  • Now add red and green chilli and saute it for 2 minute .

  • Now add mashed eggplant and mix well ,and now add the lemon juice and salt .
  • Now cook for 5 minute more and garnish withc oriander leaves serve hot .
