Ingredients
- 4 Potato (boiled)
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
- 2 no Tomato (chopped green or red)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Heeng
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- tbsp Coriander (powder1)
- 1 leaves Coriander (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee

Instructions
- Grate the potato.
- Heat the 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and pop the cumin seeds.
- Now roast the garlic till golden add green chili red chili,salt,coriander powder and tomato ,cook till soften
- Now add the grated potato and cook it become light red then add renaming ghee and lemon juice ,switch off the flame .
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with paratha.
