Crackers are the one of the best accompaniments for tea or coffee and it is a kids’ friendly snack option too. When it comes to healthy snacks, I don’t compromise easily with the store bought ones. Gluten free Honey Crackers are baked using oats flour, honey and honey roasted creamy peanut butter. Who will not want a protein rich & sugar free crackers? Go ahead and enjoy this yummy cracker.

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup oats flour
  • ½ cup honey roasted creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Mix honey and peanut butter in a separate bowl.
  • Gently mix the flour mixture and honey mixture. Do not knead for long time; just bring all the ingredients together like a ball.
  • Place the ball in between parchment sheet and roll to 1/8 inch thick rectangle.
  • Using a cookie cutter, cut the rolled dough and place them on a baking tray aligned with parchment sheet.
  • Refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat oven @190c,
  • Bake the crackers for 10 mins @190c,
  • Allow them to cool completely before serving.
