Gluten free Honey Crackers are baked using oats flour, honey and honey roasted creamy peanut butter. Who will not want a protein rich & sugar free crackers? Go ahead and enjoy this yummy cracker.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup oats flour
- ½ cup honey roasted creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Combine oats flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Mix honey and peanut butter in a separate bowl.
- Gently mix the flour mixture and honey mixture. Do not knead for long time; just bring all the ingredients together like a ball.
- Place the ball in between parchment sheet and roll to 1/8 inch thick rectangle.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut the rolled dough and place them on a baking tray aligned with parchment sheet.
- Refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
- Preheat oven @190c,
- Bake the crackers for 10 mins @190c,
- Allow them to cool completely before serving.
