    Though Sohal is deep fry and cryspy even then people like it. As it is on high demand you can find it any tea stall, dhaba, restuarant and some other places. If we try we can make at home. It is vary on different states and different regions. Somewhere people add onion seeds (kalaunji) somewhere people add carom (ajwain).

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup refine flour
    • 2 tbsp refine oil for dough
    • 1/4 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 lemon juice
    • 1 cup refine oil for deep fry
    • 1 tsp carom seeds
    • Salt to taste

    Instructions
     

    • Make a dough with refine flour, salt baking soda, refine oil and carom see.
    • Without adding water mix all together. Take one handful of mixed flour and close your palm. In order to detect it done.
    • Now sprinkle with water and make a smooth dough keep rest for 10 minutes.
    • After 10 minutes spread with rolling pin, brush with oil and fold twice.
    • Now deep fry all Sohal and keep in kitchen towel. Then it will ready eat.

    Sohal can be served with tea.
