Very easy recipe of baigan

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg large size baigan peeled and cut in cubes
  • 4 chopped onion
  • 4 chopped tomatos
  • 2 chopped green chilly
  • 1 tbsp haldi
  • Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp red cilly powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp cumin[jeera]
  • corinder leaves[hara dhaniya]for garnish

Instructions
 

  • boil cubes of baigan in cooker for 2 whitles
  • in a pan,put 2 tbs oil,n after heating oil,put jeera
  • when jeera colour is changed,put onion,stir till onion becomes golden
  • now add chopped tomatos,chilly,stir 2 min
  • put haldi,red chilly powder
  • now add boiled baigan,salt,add mash them,stir for 2 mint
  • add garam masala,garnish with corinder leaves

Notes

  • we can put some boiled peas in this recipe
