Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Large Size Baigan peeled and cut in cubes size baigan
  • 4 Onion chopped
  • 4 Chopped Tomatos chopped tomatos
  • 2 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/4 tbsp Red Cilly Powder red cilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cumin or jeera jeera
  • leaves Hara Dhaniya corinder for garnish

Instructions
 

  • boil cubes of baigan in cooker for 2 whitles
  • in a pan,put 2 tbs oil,n after heating oil,put jeera
  • when jeera colour is changed,put onion,stir till onion becomes golden
  • now add chopped tomatos,chilly,stir 2 min
  • put haldi,red chilly powder
  • now add boiled baigan,salt,add mash them,stir for 2 mint
  • add garam masala,garnish with corinder leaves
