Ingredients
- 250 gm curd
- 8 - 10 stem coriander leaves
- 8 - 10 stem coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- ½ tsp black salt
- 250 ml water

Instructions
- Firstly whisked the curd and water in a bowl well. That is, prepare buttermilk.
- Now separate all the leaves from the stem of the coriander.
- Make a fine paste with the help of silicate or mixer grinder.
- Roast cumin seeds until light brown colour and grind it also.
- Now add coriander paste, roasted cumin, black salt in butter milk.
- Cool and put it in the glass. Serve slightly cumin powder and coriander leaves from top to bottom.
