Instructions
Roast
the eggplant on the gas and keep for 5 minutes.
Now mash the eggplants .
Now heat the butter in a pan and
roast
garlic and ginger till it become light golden .
Now add red and green chilli and saute it for 2 minute .
Now add mashed eggplant and mix well ,and now add the lemon juice and salt .
Now cook for 5 minute more and garnish withc oriander leaves serve hot .
