About Extra Crunchy Peanut Dosa
This recipe is more tasty and extra crunchy. Sometimes we can change our taste that's why I added roasted and grounded peanuts.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1/4 cup Peanut
- 1 tsp Masala sambar
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Moringa Masala
- Oil for shallow fry
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Roast the peanuts then grind. Make a batter with rice flour, semolina, grounded peanuts and sambar masala.
- Shallow fry then sprinkle chilli powder, peanuts and Moringa masala. Both sides should be crispy then serve with sambar and chutney.
