Instructions
- Peel and grate the beetroot. Squeeze out the excess liquid.
- Take the grated beetroot, oats flour, chia seeds and deserved dates in a blender jar. Buzz for 10-15 seconds to get everything together into a solid mass.
- Refrigate for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from fridge, divide into 9 portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Place the dedicated coconut in a plate. Carefully roll each ball over it to coat uniformly.
- Refrigerate for another 30 mins.
- It is now ready to eat. Keep refrigerated and eat when those hunger pangs strike.
