About Prawns Paleo With Apple Cider Vinegar
This recipe brings out the lovely flavour of prawns and all the ingredients including apple cider vinegar makes it a real healthy preperation. This recipe is inspired from Thoughts from ajoy with my own twists in it.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Prawns deshelled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds or brown brown
- 2 tbsp Garlic peeled
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar or brown, or vinegar brown or vinegar
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 3 Red Chillies
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Seeds

Instructions
- Dry roast the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and garlic together in a non-stick pan till it's golden. Allow it to cool.
- Grind the roasted stuff with apple cider vinegar and red chillies to a fine paste.
- In a pan add olive oil and the fine paste mix. Mix it well and add turmeric powder and salt to it.
- Cook on medium heat till the oil rises to the surface and the masala turns oranges.
- now turn the flame on slow and add prawns to it. mix carefully till all the prawns are well coated in the masala. Cover with the lid for a couple of minutes and it's done. Enjoy with some salad or rice.
