Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Prawns deshelled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds or brown brown
  • 2 tbsp Garlic peeled
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar or brown, or vinegar brown or vinegar
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 3 Red Chillies
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and garlic together in a non-stick pan till it's golden. Allow it to cool.
  • Grind the roasted stuff with apple cider vinegar and red chillies to a fine paste.
  • In a pan add olive oil and the fine paste mix. Mix it well and add turmeric powder and salt to it.
  • Cook on medium heat till the oil rises to the surface and the masala turns oranges.
  • now turn the flame on slow and add prawns to it. mix carefully till all the prawns are well coated in the masala. Cover with the lid for a couple of minutes and it's done. Enjoy with some salad or rice.
