- Peanuts- 100gms
- Marie biscuits unsweetened biscuit- 150 gms
- Sweetened condensed milk milkmaid – 400 gms
- Butter- 100gms

Instructions
- Coarsely crush the biscuits in food processor.
- Roast the peanuts and coarsely crush them with your hands or food processor.
- Melt the butter in heavy bottomed pan, switch off the flame. Add condensed milk mix well with butter.
- Add coarsely crushed biscuits and peanuts. Heat the mixture continuously stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Cook the mixture on medium flame continuously stirring till the mixture start leaving the pan. Switch off the flame once done.
- Mix the few drops of vanilla essence (optional) and spread the mixture evenly onto the greased plate or tray.
- Leave it to cool until it sets. When cool cut into bar shape and serve.
