Red Velvet Nutella Stuffed CookiesThese Red Velvet cookies are extremely delicious with the added benefit of stuffed Nutella. The addition of sour cream makes red velvet cookies as soft as cakes.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Chocolate chips
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup Butter softened, unsalted
- 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 cup White castor sugar
- 2 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Red gel food color
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 2 cup All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Coco powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Sour Cream

Instructions
- Melt the Nutella in microwave for 1 minute, pour 1-1 spoon of nutella over the baking paper and keep in fridge until the nutella chips set.
- Cream together butter and sugar. Mix curd, red food color, chocolate chips and vanilla essence in the butter cream mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, coco powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to butter cream mixture and knead into a soft dough by adding sour cream little at a time.
- Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment papers.
- Take small portion out of the dough, stuff nutella chips inside and roll into a ball.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 mins.
- As soon as you take the cookie tray out of oven, press lightly the chocolate chip over the warm cookies.
