- Oil : for frying the kebabs
- gm Flour : 3 tbsp
- Onions : 2 finely chopped
- Tomatoes : 7 chopped
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
- Coconut : 1/2 cup grated
- Cinnamon : 3
- Cloves : 3
- Kasuri Methi : 1 tbsp
- Black Salt : 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder : 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder : 1tbsp
- Salt : To Taste

InstructionsÂ
- Knead the kebabs with a bit of salt, chilli powder and gram flour. Roll them into small balls deep fry in oil and keep aside. For the gravy Grind together the tomatoes, coconut, cinnamon and cloves to a smooth paste and keep aside.
- Saute finely chopped onions, add ginger ,garlic paste and fry till the onions begin to change colour. Now add turmeric, coriander and chilli powders along with the ground paste. Fry till the raw smell disappears and oil begins to float on top.
- Add 2 1/2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add required salt. Now put in the fried kebabs and simmer for 5 -10 minutes. Adjust consistency of gravy as per requirement by adding water if necessary.
- Finally add black slat and kasuri methi, switch off flame and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
