Aloo Poori

Aloo Poori or aloo puri is a traditional Indian bread. Poori or puri is a deep fried Indian bread prepared with whole wheat flour (Atta) or with all purpose floor (maida). This aloo poori is made with whole wheat flour and mashed potatoes mildly spiced. I have used very limited spice since my kid was also going to have this. This is a soul satisfying and comfort food of Indians. Soft fluffy aloo poori is loved by all age groups.
