Ingredients
  

  • 4 radish
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tablespoon mustered oil
  • 2 teaspoon couscous seeds
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • Fresh coriander chopped
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut radish into 1 inches long. Take a frying pan heat and add mustered oil. Add couscous seeds, chopped radish, turmeric powder and salt. Sauteed and close the lid with low flame.
  • After ten minutes open the lid add chopped green chilli and fresh coriander leaves. Serve with steam rice/ chapati/ paratha.

Notes

We should practice eating radish daily raw or cooked.
