Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Flour (Whole)
- 1/4 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Banana (almost 3 medium sized bananas mashed)
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (or yogurt thick yogurt)
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Oil
- cup Dark Chocolate Chips (3/4 chunks)
- 1/4 cup Almonds (chopped finely, or walnuts walnuts)

Instructions
- Arrange muffin cups on a baking tray or muffin tray.
- Sieve whole wheat flour along with cocoa powder, salt and baking soda. Set aside in a bowl.
- Add quick cooking oats and mix until all the dry ingredients are combined.
- In another large mixing bowl, mix mashed banana, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract and oil until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix gently.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips / chunks and the nuts.
- Mix until the ingredients are combined well. Do not do a over mixing.
- Preheat oven at 160 c.
- Fill 3/4th level of each muffin cups with the muffin batter.
- Top them with the remaining chocolate chips / chunks.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 160 c or until a cake tester comes out clean.
- Allow the baked muffins to cool on a cooling rack.
- Serve a delicious and healthy muffin for your kids as their snacks / brunch / breakfast muffin with fresh fruits and milk.
