  • Ata one cup
  • Suji one cup
  • Kabuli Channa boiled two cup Lemon juice
  • Roasted coriander powder and red chilli powder
  • Roasted cumin powder lemon juice asafoetida
  • Fresh pudina paste black salt table salt


  • Make a smooth Doug with Maida, suji and salt
  • Boiled kabuli Channa with roasted coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt
  • Make the mouth watering add roasted cumin powder, fresh pudina paste lemon juice chilli powder safeties,black salt and table salt
  • Spread the Doug make poori then dipped fried.
  • Serve with channa and SPICY water
