  • cup Ata One Cup ata one
  • cup Suji one
  • cup Kabuli Channa Boiled Two Cup lemon juice kabuli channa boiled two
  • red chili powder or coriander roasted coriander and powder
  • Roasted Cumin Powder asafoetida, or lemon lemon juice
  • Black Salt or pudina, or paste, or salt fresh pudina paste table salt

Instructions
 

  • Make a smooth Doug with Maida, suji and salt
  • Boiled kabuli Channa with roasted coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt
  • Make the mouth watering add roasted cumin powder, fresh pudina paste lemon juice chilli powder safeties,black salt and table salt
  • Spread the Doug make poori then dipped fried.
  • Serve with channa and SPICY water
