Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 4 spoons Mango Puree less or more
  • 2 spoons Clarified Butter or ghee desi ghee form ladoos
  • 1-2 tsp Salt of, or as per taste
  • Powdered Sugar as required
  • Cashews pista and almonds 3 tsp, or fruits dry fruits mix
  • 1-2 strands Saffron
  • Clarified Butter or oil oil for frying pooris

Instructions
 

  • Prepare a firm dough for puris with wheat flour and mango puree. Set aside for 20 mins. Make small balls. Roll out the puris and deep fry in hot oil.

  • Cool the puris, break them in pieces and grind them along with some strands of saffron, powdered sugar and almonds.

  • Remove in a bowl. Add some desi ghee n mix well. Shape them as laddoos and enjoy!!
