A Gujarati cuisine famous dish Aam ras & poori is best combination to eat. I have made ladoos out of it, by combining aam ras Nd poori together.

Ingredients
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Mango puree 4 spoons less or more
- Clarified butter/desi ghee 2 spoons to form ladoos
- Pinch of salt
- Powdered Sugar as required
- Dry fruits mix cashews pista and almonds 3 tsp
- Saffron strands few
- Oil/clarified butter for frying pooris

Instructions
- Prepare a firm dough for puris with wheat flour and mango puree. Set aside for 20 mins. Make small balls. Roll out the puris and deep fry in hot oil.
- Cool the puris, break them in pieces and grind them along with some strands of saffron, powdered sugar and almonds.
- Remove in a bowl. Add some desi ghee n mix well. Shape them as laddoos and enjoy!!
