Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl mashed potatoes
  • 1 bowl hung curd
  • 1 cup mashed beetroot
  • ½ cup chopped beans
  • ¼ cup tamarind sauce
  • ¼ cup crushed chana
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoon moringa masala
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Pink salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil and mash the potato keep separate. Boil and mash the beetroot keep aside.

  • Heat a pan add sesame oil, ginger paste, chopped beans. Stir for a minute add beetroot paste, crushed chana green chillies. Again stir and mix, sprinkle with moringa masala

  • Fill in mashed potatoes then shallow fry. Garnish with hung curd and tamarind sauce sprinkle moringa masala.
