Apple milkshake – a nutritious and quick milkshake made with apples, milk and sugar and flavoured with cardamom powder. It is one easy milkshake which can be made in a jiffy. Apple along with chilled milk also helps to overcome acidity. This is a popular milkshake especially during fasting, as it keeps you hydrated.

Ingredients
  

  • Green or regular apples – 2 medium sized
  • Chilled milk – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 4 tablespoons
  • Cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Chop them into medium pieces._x000D_ _x000D_ Take a blender jar and blend the chopped apple pieces with little chilled milk._x000D_ _x000D_ Then add the rest of the milk, sugar and cardamom powder. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour the apple milkshake to serving glasses and serve chilled.
  • NOTES/TIPS_x000D_ _x000D_ Always serve milkshakes immediately as they are fresh._x000D_ _x000D_ You can also sprinkle little cinnamon powder before serving._x000D_ _x000D_ You can also add soaked almonds to make it more nutritious. Soak 10-12 almonds for 4-5 hours and blend them with the o
