Apple milkshake Ã¢â‚¬â€œ a nutritious and quick milkshake made with apples, milk and sugar and flavoured with cardamom powder. It is one easy milkshake which can be made in a jiffy. Apple along with chilled milk also helps to overcome acidity. This is a popular milkshake especially during fasting, as it keeps you hydrated.
Yield / Serves
Green or regular apples Ã¢â‚¬â€œ 2 (medium sized)
Chilled milk Ã¢â‚¬â€œ 2 cups
Sugar Ã¢â‚¬â€œ 4 tablespoons
Cardamom powder Ã¢â‚¬â€œ 1/4 teaspoon
Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Chop them into medium pieces._x000D_ _x000D_ Take a blender jar and blend the chopped apple pieces with little chilled milk._x000D_ _x000D_ Then add the rest of the milk, sugar and cardamom powder. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the apple milkshake to serving glasses and serve chilled.
