Apple milkshake – a nutritious and quick milkshake made with apples, milk and sugar and flavoured with cardamom powder. It is one easy milkshake which can be made in a jiffy. Apple along with chilled milk also helps to overcome acidity. This is a popular milkshake especially during fasting, as it keeps you hydrated.

Ingredients
- 2 Apple medium sized green or regular ã â â œ
- 2 cup Milk chilled ã â â œ
- 4 tbsp Sugar ã â â œ
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder ã â â œ

Instructions
- Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Chop them into medium pieces._x000D_ _x000D_ Take a blender jar and blend the chopped apple pieces with little chilled milk._x000D_ _x000D_ Then add the rest of the milk, sugar and cardamom powder. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the apple milkshake to serving glasses and serve chilled.
