Dahi wale chaat

Ingredients
- 1 bowl mashed potatoes
- 1 bowl hung curd
- 1 cup mashed beetroot
- ½ cup chopped beans
- ¼ cup tamarind sauce
- ¼ cup crushed chana
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 2 tablespoon moringa masala
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- Pink salt to taste

Instructions
- Boil and mash the potato keep separate. Boil and mash the beetroot keep aside.
- Heat a pan add sesame oil, ginger paste, chopped beans. Stir for a minute add beetroot paste, crushed chana green chillies. Again stir and mix, sprinkle with moringa masala
- Fill in mashed potatoes then shallow fry. Garnish with hung curd and tamarind sauce sprinkle moringa masala.
- Serve the recipe means dahi wale homemade chaat. Now will you compare with street food. It is more healthy than street food
