Dai Phuchka Chaat/Panipuri Dahi Chaat (Valentines Snack)

Valentine 's day is about love and togetherness. This day I try to make all recipes which are loved by my family. Dahi phuchhka or Dahi panipuri is one of them. Try this tangy, spicy snack as a valentine's day party snack and get praised by everyone.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack ready to eat panipuri/phuchhka
  • 1 big potato boiled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup boiled chickpeas/ Chole
  • 1 cup sweet tamarind chutney
  • 1 cup green coriander chutney
  • 1 cup besan sev
  • 1 cup beaten yogurt
  • 1/2 cup besan boondi
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander /cilantro
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add mashed potato, boiled chickpeas,red chili powder, coriander powder,cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, chopped cilantro and salt. mix it all nicely and keep aside.
  • Arrange remaining all ingredients in separate bowls.
  • Take a panipuri make a hole on it and fill it with 1 tsp of mashed potato filling,1 tsp of sweet chutney, 1 tsp of green chutney,1 tsp of beaten yogurt, 1 tsp of besan boondi and 1 tsp of besan sev.
  • Sprinkle some chaat masala and garnish with chopped cilantro, do same to all.

Notes

Gobbled it after making it otherwise it will not be crunchy and crispy any more.
