Sprouted Chana Chutney

Sprouted grains are super healthy either it is raw or cooked. I am going to show sprouted chana chutney. Sprouted increases the nutritive value of the ingredients and provides better digestion. The young sprouts have 10- 100 times glucoraphanin enzyme which protects our body from cancer agent.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp sprouted chana
  • 1/4 cup boiled mango
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon jaggery
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  • Salt
  • Handful mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Peel off the mango skin then par boil. Take a blender add all these ingredients and make a smooth paste.

  • Your chutney is ready to serve. If you want to keep for sometimes then you can add 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil as a preservative agent. I don't think you need to preserve, it will be finished within a few days. So keep it in fridge.
