This is a delicious French dessert with extra helping of 2 types of chocolate and cream, amalgamated to give a fluffy and light dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients
- White chocolate mousse : White chocolate chips - 1 cup
- Whipping cream - 1/2 cup
- Egg whites - 2
- Icing Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Dark chocolate mousse :
- Dark chocolate chips - 1 cup
- Whipping cream - 1/2 cup
- Egg whites - 2
- Icing Sugar - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- 1. To make the white chocolate mousse, melt the white chocolate using a double boiler. Keep aside
- 2. Now whisk the egg whites to from stiff peaks. whisk the cream with icing sugar as well in a separate bowl.
- 3.. Now fold in the melted chocolate into the cream, and add the egg whites slowly.
- 4. To make the dark chocolate mousse, melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler. Keep aside

- 6. Now fold in the melted chocolate into the cream, and add the egg whites slowly.
- Assembly : 7. Fill the piping bags with the mousses respectively. Pipe the dark chocolate mousse into the cup to form a layer.
- 8. Pipe the white chocolate mousse next.
- 9. Now layer the dark chocolate mousse again. Sprinkle chocolate shavings and refrigerate for atleast 4-5 hrs before serving.
