Water spinach is highly nutritious, high in fibre and good for constipation. Here is the recipe those who don't want to eat they will love this recipe. This can be packed in tiffin box for school, college or office.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup water spinach
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 cup water spinach
  • Chopped green chillies
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash the saag and chop. Heat a pan add oil then fry the garlic. Add saag, green chillies, salt and cook then keep aside.

  • Take a mixing bowl add wheat flour, gram flour, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt and cooked water spinach.
  • Make a batter with adding water. Now heat a frying pan shallow with little oil. You can see in video how soft it is. You can pack for tiffin or serve with any sauce or chutney.
