Ingredients
- 4 cup flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 tsp red chili pepper
- 3 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cup tomato sliced
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp green chili chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
- 3 onion large size, sliced
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

Instructions
- Make a soft dough with gram flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, green chili, baking soda, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 sliced onion, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- Now, divide the dough and shape it into cylinders. Boil water in a large pan with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil.
- Boil them in the boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Cool them and cut them into small rounds.
- Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion, and add the dry spices. Stir for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and lemon juice. Cook the masala until the oil separates. Now, add the gatta/taka paisa and mix well.
- Stir for 2-3 minutes more, then switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with tea.
