Rasmalai is the most preferable sweet out of all other Odia & Bengali sweets .In general it is prepared with Chaana but today I share my fusion recipe egg rasmalai .

Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Milk Powder (or dough for dough)
- 1 tbsp Refined flour
- 1 tbsp Flour (or soya soya)
- 1 no Eggs (well beaten)
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 pinch Nut Meg Powder
- 2 cups Milk (for kheer)
- 1 no Bay Leaf
- 2 Cardamom (nos)
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 8 cashews (for garnish fried nos)
- 1 tsp Pistachios
- 1-2 Kesar (threads)

Instructions
- In a kadai pour the milk with the above mentioned ingredients one by one, cook till it is reduce to half. Meanwhile mix the dough ingredients, after mixing add beaten egg slowly to the mixture. Knead properly & make a sticky dough, divide into
- 15 portions and make oval shaped balls. Place the balls into the kheer milk, the egg rasmalai will increase in size while boiling into the milk. Cook 3 minutes in low flame. Then decorate with pistachios, cashew nuts and kesar. Serve chilled.
