Ingredients
  

  • SATTU ROASTED GRAM FLOUR 2 cup
  • 1 pc chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon grated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • 5 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 pc chopped chilly
  • 1/2 tablespoon ajwain
  • 1/2 tablespoon kalaunji or mangarail
  • 2 tablespoon chaat masala
  • 50 gm desi ghee or oil
  • 1 talespoon common salt
  • 4 cup wheat flour
  • water for kneading the dough

Instructions
 

  • Mix well all the ingredients mentioned above for stuffing except wheat flour and water
  • For Stuffing: onion, garlic, coriander leaves, ginger, chilly, lemon juice, salt, ghee, ajwain, kalaunji, & chaat masala
  • mix all the ingredients mentioned under for stuffing section. Mix well and add a little water to bind the stuffing. The cosistency shuould be enough to bind the stuffing together
  • For parathas, take wheat flour, add a little water at a time knead dough consistency.( a litte firmer)
  • To make parathas, make small rounds of the dough (about lemon size). Roll it a little using a rolling pin and dusting with dry flour
  • Place a spoonful of stuffing in the centre of the rolled out dough. Bring the edges together to form a smooth round ball.

  • Place the paratha on a pan, gently drizzle oil on the paratha and the sides. Let it cook evenly from both sides till nice golden brown
