  • 4 cup flour
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 tsp red chili pepper
  • 3 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 cup tomato sliced
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 3 onion large size, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala

Instructions
 

  • Make a soft dough with gram flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, green chili, baking soda, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 sliced onion, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.

  • Now, divide the dough and shape it into cylinders. Boil water in a large pan with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of oil.

  • Boil them in the boiling water for 5 minutes.

  • Cool them and cut them into small rounds.
