Ingredients
- wheat flour 2/1/2 cup
- chana dal 1/1/2 cup soaked
- green chili chopped 4 no
- Salt
- astofida 1 tsp
- chopped onion 2 tbsp
- red chili powder 2 tsp
- cumin 1 tsp
- garlic 1/2 tsp
- oil 2 tbsp
- chopped ginger 1 tsp
- garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Knead the soft dough with 1 tsp salt and water.
- Make a paste with Dal ,salt,astofida,green chili , add coriander leaves.
- Divide the dough into equal small portion and roll out the small poories, stuff with mixture and seal it .
- Boil 4 glass water with 1 tsp salt.1 tsp oil.
- Cook them for 15 minutes. Let them cool.
- Cut them into small pieces, Now heat the oil in a wok or non-stick pan.
- Saute the cumin,green chili ,ginger.and onion, Add cooked fara, dry mango powder, red chili powder 1/4 tsp salt fry till golden. Serve hot with chutney ................
