  • wheat flour 2/1/2 cup
  • chana dal 1/1/2 cup soaked
  • green chili chopped 4 no
  • Salt
  • astofida 1 tsp
  • chopped onion 2 tbsp
  • red chili powder 2 tsp
  • cumin 1 tsp
  • garlic 1/2 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Knead the soft dough with 1 tsp salt and water.

  • Make a paste with Dal ,salt,astofida,green chili , add coriander leaves.

  • Divide the dough into equal small portion and roll out the small poories, stuff with mixture and seal it .

  • Boil 4 glass water with 1 tsp salt.1 tsp oil.
  • Cook them for 15 minutes. Let them cool.
  • Cut them into small pieces, Now heat the oil in a wok or non-stick pan.
