flour 4 cup
Salt
red chili pepper 2 tsp
turmeric powder 1+2 tsp
coriander powder 1/1/2 tbsp
dry mango powder 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
tomato sliced 2 cup
baking soda 1/2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp+1 tbsp
green chili chopped 1 tbsp
coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
sliced onion 2 large size+ 1 large size
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Instructions
make a soft dough with gram flour 1 tsp salt,green chili,baking soda,1 tbsp oil,1 sliced onion and 1 tsp turmeric powder.
now divide the dough and make the cylinders with this dough,boil the water in a large pan with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp oil.
boil them in boiling water for 5 minutes
cool and cut into small rounds
heat the oil in a pan saute the onion ,add dry spices stir 2 minutes.
add tomatoes and lemon juice cook the masala till oil separates, now add the gatta/taka paisa and mix well
stir 2-3 minute more then switch off the flame, garnish with coriander ,serve hot with tea.
