Ingredients
- 1 kg Boneless Chicken cut in cubes breast
- 200 gms Hung Curd
- 4 tbsp Cream fresh
- 30 gms Cheese
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 bunch Bunch Chopped Corriander chopped corriander
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 2 Green Cardamoms
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic chopped each
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, salt, fresh cream, cheese, ginger garlic paste, white pepper powder and egg. Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Take butter and oil in a pan. Add the whole spices and sauté them for a while. Add the gram flour and sauté again. Add the chillies and chopped ginger-garlic. Add this into the marination, add coriander, oil and marinate it for another 1 hr.
- Preheat the oven at highest possible temperature for 10 minutes and then put the skewer into the oven and cook for 35 minutes. Brush it with oil or butter.
- Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot.
