  • 1 cup green sprouted moong
  • 1 cup horse gram
  • 1 cup black channa
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp green spicy chutney
  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Few coriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • Pinch of chat masala
  • 1 tsp garam masala pd
  • Sev for garnishing


  • Soak black channa overnight. Pressure cook the black channa, an all the sprouts together for 2 whistles. Drain the water out
  • In a bowl add the sprouts add chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber,salt , coriander leaves,green spicy chutney, tamarind chutney an mix well. Then pour it in a bowl an garnish with sev


If you want you can add beaten curds to the Chaat.
