Chicken Reshmi Butter Mashala

Ingredients
- 50 gm Chicken Reshmi Kebabs
- 100 gm Hung Curd
- 2 tbsp Cashew nut paste
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 cup Onion paste
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp White pepper powder
Instructions
- Take oil in a pan.after heating add onion paste, saute till the raw flavour has gone. Add ginger garlic paste & saute.
- Add white pepper powder & hung curd.saute well, add cashew nut paste.
- Now add chilli powder & salt. Add milk and butter.cook well. Now add chicken pieces & cook for a few mins.
- Switch off the flame & add fresh cream. Serve hot with naan.
