Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Condensed Milk or milkmaid nestle milkmaid
- 250 gm Paneer grated fresh
- 4-5 drops Food Colour yellow
- 2-3 drops Essence or kewra kewra
- 1 tsp Elaichi Powder

Instructions
- Mash the paneer with your palm or hand till smooth and creamy.
- In a kadai add paneer and condensed milk mix well and cook on slow flame stirring constantly.
- Cook till the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the kadai. Switch off the flame and take out the mixture on a plate.
- Add kewra essence and few drops of food colour. Mix it and let the mixture cool down completely.
- Once the mixture is cooled, take small portion of the mixture and make ladoo of it. Sprinkle elaichi powder and chopped pistachios from top on each ladoo. Follow the same process for making rest of the ladoos and Serve!!
