Paneer marinated in curd, kasuri methi and some spices

Ingredients
- 200 gm Paneer cottage cheese, cut into pieces
Ingredients For Marination
- 1 cup Hung curd
- 2 tablespoon Kasuri methi
- 2 tablespoon Cream or malai
- 1 teaspoon Green chili paste
- 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
- 2 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 1-2 tablespoon Gram flour Roasted
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder

Instructions
- Take one bowl, mix well all marination ingredients. Add paneer pieces. Mix carefully. Keep bowl in the freeze for 1 hour. If possible you can keep more hours
- Arrange paneer pieces into satay stick
- Grill for 15 to 20 minutes
- Serve it with Mint Chutney
- Tip - Grilling time may change according to your Convection or OTG.
