Ingredients
 

  • 200 gm Paneer cottage cheese, cut into pieces

Ingredients For Marination

  • 1 cup Hung curd
  • 2 tbsp Kasuri methi
  • 2 tbsp Cream or malai
  • 1 teaspoon Green chili paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1-2 tbsp Gram flour Roasted
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Take one bowl, mix well all marination ingredients. Add paneer pieces. Mix carefully. Keep bowl in the freeze for 1 hour. If possible you can keep more hours
  • Arrange paneer pieces into satay stick
  • Grill for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Serve it with Mint Chutney
  • Tip - Grilling time may change according to your Convection or OTG.
