Ingredients
  

  • Rava / sooji / Semolina 3 cups
  • Rice four 3 tea spoons
  • Whole Wheat flour or Maize flour or Besan flour 3 tea spoons
  • Curd with very mild sourness 100 ml
  • Oil for making Dosa
  • For toppings:
  • Finely chopped onions tomatoes, coriander leaves, grated carrots, cabbage shreds and a tea spoon of finely chopped green chillies. Mix them all well and keep aside.

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flours with required salt and curd well. Add water to bring the batter to pouring consistency.
  • Keep it aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes stir the batter well. Since rava absorbs water well you can add some more water.
  • Heat the dosa tawa and grease it with oil. Pour two ladles of batter on the tawa and spread to a thick dosa.
  • Sprinkle the veggies mix on the batter and drizzle few drops of oil on them. When the corners of the dosa turns golden colour gently flip it to the next side and cook for a minute. Now the Rava Uthappam is read to serve..
