Ingredients
- 4 Bread chicken pizza
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour maida
- 1 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk th
- 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper black, blackpepper
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
Instructions
- Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl.
- Whisk an egg and add it to the bowl. Mix well adding milk little at a time until lumpfree and smooth. The batter should be thick and smooth.
- Set aside for 15 minutes to rest. After the stipulated time, dip the pizza slices in this batter to coat well on all sides.
- Deep fry on medium flame until golden in colour and done.
- Serve with ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
