  • Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl.
  • Whisk an egg and add it to the bowl. Mix well adding milk little at a time until lumpfree and smooth. The batter should be thick and smooth.
  • Set aside for 15 minutes to rest. After the stipulated time, dip the pizza slices in this batter to coat well on all sides.
  • Deep fry on medium flame until golden in colour and done.
  • Serve with ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
