A stunning pizza recipe from my closet of fusion recipes. Absolutely simple and yet so delish. Try this for a change and you will love it for sure. The best part is that leftovers can also be used and thus minimises the wastage of food too. It tastes delicious with just a few ingredients from the pantry and can therefore be a star attraction at any party, be it a kids birthday or a kitty party. An awesome snack to be enjoyed at tea-time too.

Ingredients
- Bread pizza 4 chicken
- All purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Milk 1/4 th cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Blackpepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl.
- Whisk an egg and add it to the bowl. Mix well adding milk little at a time until lumpfree and smooth. The batter should be thick and smooth.
- Set aside for 15 minutes to rest. After the stipulated time, dip the pizza slices in this batter to coat well on all sides.
- Deep fry on medium flame until golden in colour and done.
- Serve with ketchup or any sauce of your choice.
