Ingredients
  

  • 250 gms arvi.
  • 4 teaspoon onion paste
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
  • Salt
  • 7-8 karaunda
  • 1/2 teaspoon mango powder

Instructions
 

  • Boil arvi cut into pieces. Now add oil in a heated frying pan add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, seed less karaunda and stir fry.
  • Add asafoetida, salt, red chilli powder, curry powder, sprinkle water to mix the masala. Add mango powder. Serve with fresh coriander leaves.
