Ingredients
- 1/2 kg arvi
- 1 tbsp ajvain /carom seeds
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp chopped green chili
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp dry mango powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 large no. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- oil 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Wash n hard boil the arvi, peel and cut into two. Heat the oil (you can also use deshi ghee)add carom seed, saute the onion till golden.
- Add green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder cook it 2 minute ,add arvi and mix well in spices. Add mango powder, black pepper powder lemon juice cook for 5 minute with stirring.
- Turn off the flame garnish with coriander, serve hot with paratha .
