Wash n hard boil the arvi, peel and cut into two.
Heat the oil (you can also use deshi ghee)add carom seed, saute the onion till golden.
Add green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder cook it 2 minute ,add arvi and mix well in spices.
Add mango powder, black pepper powder lemon juice cook for 5 minute with stirring.
Turn off the flame garnish with coriander, serve hot with paratha .
