Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg arvi
  • 1 tbsp ajvain /carom seeds
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chili
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp dry mango powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 large no. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • oil 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Wash n hard boil the arvi, peel and cut into two. Heat the oil (you can also use deshi ghee)add carom seed, saute the onion till golden.
  • Add green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder cook it 2 minute ,add arvi and mix well in spices. Add mango powder, black pepper powder lemon juice cook for 5 minute with stirring.
  • Turn off the flame garnish with coriander, serve hot with paratha .
