Ingredients
- 500 gm Prawns (peeled n washed)
- 3 tbsp Desi Ghee (divided)
- 1 Mustard (tspn seeda)
- 1 Cumin Seeds (tspn)
- 1 sprig Curry
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 10 Black Pepper (nos)
- 6 to 7 Red Chillies (or water nos dried soaked in warm water)
- 1 Tamarind Pulp (or amla amla size)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 Turmeric Powder (tspn)

Instructions
- Take pan roast cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, fennel seeds, soaked red chilies and black pepper. grind it into fine.
- Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in pan add prawns, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder n cooked till prawns done. Remove prawns in plate. Add grinded paste n ghee in it n cook, add tamarind n cook till ghee over float on masala.
- Add prawns n cook till masala dry.
- Prasna ghee prasth is ready to serve. Serve this recipe as a side dish for lunch with rice and curry.

Added ghee gives an awesome taste.
