Ingredients
 

  • 500 gm Prawns peeled n washed
  • 3 tbsp Desi Ghee divided
  • 1 Mustard tspn seeda
  • 1 Cumin Seeds tspn
  • 1 sprig Curry
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 10 Black Pepper nos
  • 6 to 7 Red Chillies or water nos dried soaked in warm water
  • 1 Tamarind Pulp or amla amla size
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 Turmeric Powder tspn

Instructions
 

  • Take pan roast cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves, fennel seeds, soaked red chilies and black pepper. grind it into fine.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in pan add prawns, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder n cooked till prawns done. Remove prawns in plate. Add grinded paste n ghee in it n cook, add tamarind n cook till ghee over float on masala.
  • Add prawns n cook till masala dry.
  • Prasna ghee prasth is ready to serve. Serve this recipe as a side dish for lunch with rice and curry.

Recipe Notes

Added ghee  gives an awesome taste.
