Colocasia 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Carom seeds 2 tsp
Finely chopped green chili 1 tbsp or 4 no
Ghee or Oil or Olive oil 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder as per taste or 1/4 tsp
Coriander for garnishing .
Wash the colocasia and boil in pressure cooker for 10 minutes,cool,peel and cur into two.
Marinade with lemon juice,salt and black pepper powder for 5 minutes,
Heat the oil in a pane crackle the carom seeds saute the green chili add marinated arvi ,red chili powder and garam masala powder .
Stir and mix all ingredients,cook it for 2 minute ,turn off the heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with paratha or chapati .
