Lemon Colocasia/Arvi
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Colocasia 1/2 Kg colocasia
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Carom Seeds
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies finely chopped or
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil or ghee, or oil ghee or or oil
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala as per taste or
- Garnishing or coriander coriander for

Instructions
- Wash the colocasia and boil in pressure cooker for 10 minutes,cool,peel and cur into two.
- Marinade with lemon juice,salt and black pepper powder for 5 minutes,
- Heat the oil in a pane crackle the carom seeds saute the green chili add marinated arvi ,red chili powder and garam masala powder .
- Stir and mix all ingredients,cook it for 2 minute ,turn off the heat.
- Garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with paratha or chapati .
