Lemon Colocasia/Arvi

Ingredients
- Colocasia 1/2 kg
- Salt
- Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Carom seeds 2 tsp
- Finely chopped green chili 1 tbsp or 4 no
- Ghee or Oil or Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder as per taste or 1/4 tsp
- Coriander for garnishing .

Instructions
- Wash the colocasia and boil in pressure cooker for 10 minutes,cool,peel and cur into two.
- Marinade with lemon juice,salt and black pepper powder for 5 minutes,
- Heat the oil in a pane crackle the carom seeds saute the green chili add marinated arvi ,red chili powder and garam masala powder .
- Stir and mix all ingredients,cook it for 2 minute ,turn off the heat.
- Garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with paratha or chapati .
