Ingredients
- 250 gms arvi.
- 4 teaspoon onion paste
- 2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
- Salt
- 7-8 karaunda
- 1/2 teaspoon mango powder

Instructions
- Boil arvi cut into pieces. Now add oil in a heated frying pan add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, seed less karaunda and stir fry.
- Add asafoetida, salt, red chilli powder, curry powder, sprinkle water to mix the masala. Add mango powder. Serve with fresh coriander leaves.
