- arvi/colocasia 1/2 kg
- salt to taste
- lemon juice 2 tbsp
- ajwain /carom seeds 2 tsp
- finely chopped green chili 1 tbsp or 4 no
- ghee or oil or olive oil 1 tbsp
- red chili powder 1 tsp
- garam masala powder as per taste or 1/4 tsp
- green coriander for garnishing .

InstructionsÂ
- wash the colocasia and boil in pressure cooker for 10 minutes,cool,peel and cur into two.
- marinade with lemon juice,salt and black pepper powder for 5 minutes,
- heat the oil in a pane crackle the carom seeds saute the green chili add marinated arvi ,red chili powder and garam masala powder .
- stir and mix all ingredients,cook it for 2 minute ,turn off the heat.
- garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with paratha or chapati .
