Baked Prawns With Coconut-Mustard Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 crushed garlic pods
  • 2 tablespoon mustard sauce
  • 1 cup Coconut cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Defrost the prawns and preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius
  • Melt the butter and add the crushed garlic pod into it. Cook it on low flame for 15 seconds or so.
  • Layer the baking dish with the butter-garlic mix.
  • Put the prawns in the dish and brush them lightly with the same mix.
  • Bake for 15 minutes and then turn them around to bake well on the other side as well, for 15 minutes.
  • While the prawns are baking, make the dipping sauce.
  • Whisk the coconut cream nicely. Add salt and pepper.
  • Add the mustard sauce and whisk well.
  • Take out the prawns once they are baked through and serve with the sauce.
