Baked Prawns With Coconut-Mustard Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 crushed garlic pods
- 2 tablespoon mustard sauce
- 1 cup Coconut cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Defrost the prawns and preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius
- Melt the butter and add the crushed garlic pod into it. Cook it on low flame for 15 seconds or so.
- Layer the baking dish with the butter-garlic mix.
- Put the prawns in the dish and brush them lightly with the same mix.
- Bake for 15 minutes and then turn them around to bake well on the other side as well, for 15 minutes.
- While the prawns are baking, make the dipping sauce.
- Whisk the coconut cream nicely. Add salt and pepper.
- Add the mustard sauce and whisk well.
- Take out the prawns once they are baked through and serve with the sauce.
