Normally children don't like to eat papaya. Papaya is very good for liver function. This is such a easy recipe which can be served.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup finely grated papaya
  • 1 cup finely grated carrot
  • 2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1 bowl boiled hakka chow
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • Chilli flakes to spread
  • Oregano to spread
  • 2 tbsp refine oil
  • Salt
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Take a frying pan heat and add oil then fry finely chopped garlic. Now add finely grated carrot and papaya. Sauteed with pinch of salt.

  • Now add tomato sauce, fish sauce mix properly. Then add boiled hakka noodles again mix. Serve with boiled eggs, chilli flakes, oregano, lemon juice and fresh coriander.

Notes

You should be very careful add salt because fish sauce is more salty.
