Water to reduce belly fat is all the rage and for good reason, take this apple and cinnamon infused water with added apple cider vinegar for example, apples are loaded with fiber which is great for your digestive tract. Cinnamon is an age old secret spice for prevention of fat absorption from your food and apple cider vinegar besides being a great complementary flavour in this infused water reduces blood sugar, blood pressure, relieves acid reflux and is a widely accepted fat loss remedy.

Ingredients
- 1 liter Water plain drinking
- 1 Apple medium sized
- 2 - 3 cinnamon sticks
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- In a large jar add in plain water, apple slices, cinnamon sticks and apple cider vinegar.
- Stir in all the additions into the water so that they don't settle at the bottom of the jar.
- Cover the jar with a lid and allow this water to be infused with all the goodness of the fruit, cinnamon and apple cider vinegar. Allow to steep at least for 6 hours, but overnight is preferred. You may refrigerate the jar of water as well.
- The next morning pour out the water into a drinking glass, and drink instead of plain water or high calorie sodas.
- You can use the same ingredients by changing the water two times, after which, discard the fruit and cinnamon sticks and make a fresh batch.
