Ingredients
- Chicken- 1/2kg
- Onion- 3medium
- Ginger and garlic paste- 1.5tbsp
- Tomatoes- 2medium
- Salt
- Haldi- 1/2tsp
- Red chili powder- 1/2tsp
- Cumin powder- 1/2tsp
- Coriander powder- 1/2tsp
- Garam masala - 1tsp
- Bay leaf- 1
- Cinnamon- 1inch piece
- Green Cardamom- 3
- Clove- 4
- Fennel- 1/2tsp
- Green chili- 2chopped
- Vinegar- 1tbsp
- Sugar- 1/2tsp optional
- Whole bread- 2
- Oil- 3tbsp
- Chopped Coriander leaves- 3tbsp
- Potatoes- 3medium

Instructions
- Cut the whole bread into half. Then scope out the middle portion of the bread making a cavity and keep aside
- Wash and clean chicken. Chop onions, tomatoes and green chili. Clean potatoes and cut into half
- Heat oil in a kadai, add all the whole spices and let it crackle.
- Then add chopped onion to it and saute up to golden brown. Then add ginger and garlic paste and saute again.
- Now add all the spices,vinegar and sugar( if adding), saute up to oil separates
- Add the chicken to it and start cooking. Shen pieces are cover and coated with spices, add potatoes to it and saute again.
- Cook this up to dry in high flame. Stir it very frequently
- Now add water to cover the pieces. Cover it and cook up to chickren is soft and potato is cooked
- Bring the holed bread, pour a ladel full of chicken curry in that cavity with chicken pieces, potato and gravy. In the side serve some salad or pickle
