Ingredients
  

  • 100 gms as usual boiled chow
  • 1/2 cup rice powder
  • 2 cup mashed potato
  • 2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon half dust roasted red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon veniger
  • 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • As usual boil chow and apply oil keep separate.
  • Take a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, garlic paste, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, half dust roasted chilli and salt.
  • Mix properly take handful potato mixed and pad with rice powder.
  • Shaped like pattis cover with rice powder both sides. Keep in freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Take out from freeze wrap with boiled chow.
  • Heat oil in a pan and dip fry the chow pakoda.
  • Serve crispy pakoda with tomato sauce
