Ingredients
- 100 gm Gms As Usual Boiled Chow as usual boiled chow
- 1/2 cup Rice powder
- 2 cup Mashed Potato
- 2 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chillies half dust roasted
- 1 tsp Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Veniger veniger
- 2 tsp Tomato Sauce
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- As usual boil chow and apply oil keep separate.
- Take a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, garlic paste, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, half dust roasted chilli and salt.
- Mix properly take handful potato mixed and pad with rice powder.
- Shaped like pattis cover with rice powder both sides. Keep in freeze for 10 minutes.
- Take out from freeze wrap with boiled chow.
- Heat oil in a pan and dip fry the chow pakoda.
- Serve crispy pakoda with tomato sauce
